By now you might have latched on to the fact that in addition to what we do here, we’re also avid and crazy movie fanatics. Last year was especially a good year with some fantastic flicks we’ve seen to date. Despite that though, we couldn’t help but cry out for more. Luckily for people like us, this year is already looking promising with some special titles good enough to entice even the part time movie goer. Naturally, for us full timers, the upcoming line up has us in a frenzy and literally drooling…ok maybe that’s taking it a bit far…or is it? Anyway, to help give you an idea of what we’re on about, below is a list of the most exciting titles coming out this year:
Hugh Jackman reprises his role as The Wolverine, telling a story set in the future where mutants are all but extinct, and Logan and Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) live in hiding:
Kong: Skull Island
In the 1970s, a team of explorers and soldiers are brought together to venture deep into an uncharted island in the Pacific Ocean – as beautiful as it is treacherous – unaware that they are crossing into the domain of monsters, as well as the mythic Kong, the “king” of the island:
The Fate of the Furious
Now that Dom (Vin Diesel) and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) are on their honeymoon, Brian and Mia have retired from the game, and the rest of the crew has been exonerated, the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life. But when a mysterious woman seduces Dom back into a world of crime that he can’t seem to escape, the crew will face trials that will test them as never before:
Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2
Set two months after the first film, the Guardians of the Galaxy travel throughout the cosmos and struggle to keep their newfound family together, while helping Peter Quill learn more about his true parentage:
After leaving her all-female island, Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) discovers her full powers and true destiny while fighting alongside soldiers during World War I:

War For The Planet Of The Apes Sequel
Following the events of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Caesar and the apes are embroiled in a war against an army of humans. As the apes suffer heavy losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts as he resolves to avenge his kind. The war pits Caesar against the humans’ leader, a ruthless Colonel, in an encounter that will determine the fate of their species and Earth’s future:

If the above doesn’t get you all giddy and excited inside, then we don’t know what will. 2017 is gearing up to be a special and great year indeed in the movieverse. filled with equally special moments that should be shared, especially when it involves a great flick.
