Ingredients:

50ml Jameson
2 spoons fig jam
25ml lemon juice
3 dashes bitters

Method:
Dry shake then wet shake
Strain over ice and top up with 25ml soda
Garnish with lemon zest

For the sour, he’ll love this

Whiskey sours :
50 ml Jamson whiskey
25ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
1 egg white (optional)

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and pour over ice
