Volvo Car South Africa has announced that its vehicles are now compatible with the popular Waze navigation app. Drivers of Volvo cars can now access Waze directly from the car’s infotainment system, making it easier and safer to use the app while driving.
Waze is a community-driven navigation app that offers real-time traffic updates, road closures, accidents, and other hazards. The app uses real-time data from other drivers to help users avoid traffic and find the fastest route to their destination.

The integration of Waze with Volvo cars is part of the automaker’s commitment to providing the latest technology and features to its customers. By partnering with Waze, Volvo is able to offer its customers a safer and more convenient way to navigate the roads.
“We are pleased to offer our customers the convenience of using Waze directly from their Volvo car,” said Greg Maruszewski, Managing Director of Volvo Car South Africa. “With real-time traffic updates and other important information at their fingertips, drivers can stay informed and avoid accidents and delays on the road.”
Drivers who own a Volvo car can now download the app and use it directly from their car’s infotainment system.
