In case you missed it last week, we recently started a new cool feature that profiles some of the contestants involved in The Voice SA competition. This involves individuals that have made it to the latter stages of the competition and boy is the contest heating up! Really amazing talent remains and this could easily be one of the best seasons yet (we are not just saying that). Seeing it first hand and live (which is what we have been fortunate to do) makes the experience even more fantastic.
As always one person sadly had to be voted out and this week saw Amy Tjasink gracefully bow out after she received the least amount of votes. It was bittersweet but Amy was optimistic which was great to see and she has always had a great vibe, something we saw even in the early stages during the blind auditions when we caught up with her:
As always, like we do with everyone who has been eliminated, we caught up with Amy shortly after the show:
All the best to you Amy going forward, no doubt this is not the last we are hearing from you! This now leaves us with the top 6 remaining and it’s not going to get any easier. Remember that you can vote for your fave, for more details on that see here. We are already gearing up for the next interview, should be interesting to see who it is.
