GWM Named Official Vehicle Partner for KFM Galaxy Day 2026

GWM South Africa has announced its role as the Official Vehicle Partner for the upcoming KFM Galaxy Day 2026. The partnership introduces a multi-platform activation titled “Galaxy Full of Cars,” aimed at shifting the brand’s focus from traditional showroom advertising to immersive, lifestyle-led consumer engagement.

The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 28 March 2026, at Sandringham Farm in Stellenbosch. As one of the Western Cape’s flagship lifestyle festivals, it is expected to draw approximately 10,000 attendees.

For GWM, the “Galaxy Full of Cars” initiative is a strategic move to place its latest fleet in a real-world context. Rather than viewing vehicles in a static environment, festival-goers will interact with the lineup in a setting that reflects South African outdoor and social culture.

The activation will feature several of GWM’s core models, including the HAVAL H6 and H7 which are the brand’s primary SUV contenders. The Jolion Pro which is a a focus on modern urban styling will also be present. Then there’s the P300 which is GWM’s latest entry into the competitive pickup (bakkie) segment and lastly, the TANK 300 which is the off-road-centric model designed for adventure lifestyle enthusiasts.
