Luke Cage Season 2 Trailer is here!

Following his appearance in Marvel’s The Defenders, Luke Cage is back as a solo act in season 2 of the the self titled TV series. Great news is we now have a killer trailer to accompany all the anticipation. Officially released today, the trailer showcases Luke dealing with outlaws the only way he knows how and owning up to his hero status in the neighborhood of Harlem like a proper baws! That is until he comes up against (what seems to be) his match who absolutely shatters him with a couple of impressive blows.

Honestly, I didn’t enjoy the first season that much especially when compared to other TV titles in Marvel’s repertoire, namely Jessica Jones and especially Daredevil and The Punisher…as for Iron Fist, well that’s an argument for another day. But if this trailer is anything to go by then the second season is going to be fantastic, check it out for yourself below:

Cage is officially back on our Netflix screens on 22 June. Can’t wait!
