Mysterious vandal targets city

A graffiti vandal has targeted Johannesburg, emblazoning billboards and city landmarks with crazed laughter.

The words �HA HA HA� appeared overnight, with reports of sightings coming in from several locations as far afield as Fourways, Bryanston, Midrand, Rosebank, Hyde Park as well as the Sandton Police Station.

They’ve prompted many people to wonder: What’s the big joke? And who is behind it?

Speculation is rife, but does anyone actually know who is behind this act of mass vandalism?
