The month of October is upon us and as always with it comes a new Netflix line-up to look forward to. Plenty to be excited about especially the variety of brand new shows including Daybreak and the Hip-Hop reality show, Rhythm & Flow with Cardi B, Chance the Rapper and TI, all starring fresh talent. We’ll also finally get to see Eddie Murphy’s return to the comedy scene with his portrayal of Rudy Ray Moore in the highly anticipated Dolemite is My Name. Here are our top picks:

Rhythm + Flow – Netflix Original Series – 9 October 2019
Judges Cardi B, Chance the Rapper and T.I. search for the next breakout hip-hop star in this music competition series. Starting October 9, new episodes of Rhythm + Flow will roll out each Wednesday, with different phases of the competition featured across 10 episodes.

Living with Yourself – Netflix Original Series – 18 October 2019
LIVING WITH YOURSELF is an existential comedy about a man (Paul Rudd) struggling in life who undergoes a new treatment to become a better person, only to find that he’s been replaced by a new and improved version of himself.
Dolemite Is My Name – Netflix Original Film – 25th October 2019
Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe winner Eddie Murphy portrays real-life legend Rudy Ray Moore, a comedy and rap pioneer who proved naysayers wrong when his hilarious, obscene, kung-fu fighting alter ego, Dolemite, became a 1970s Blaxploitation phenomenon.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner – Netflix Original Documentary -23 October 2019

Raising Dion – Netflix Original Series – 4 October 2019
Raising Dion follows the story of a woman named Nicole (Alisha Wainwright), who raises her son Dion (newcomer Ja’Siah Young) after the death of her husband, Mark (Michael B. Jordan). The normal dramas of raising a son as a single mom are amplified when Dion starts to manifest several mysterious, superhero-like abilities. Nicole must now keep her son’s gifts secret with the help of Mark’s best friend Pat (Jason Ritter), and protect Dion from antagonists out to exploit him while figuring out the origin of his abilities.
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie – Netflix Original Series – 11th October 2019
Written and directed by Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan, the Netflix Television Event EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE follows fugitive Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) as he runs from his captors, the law and his past.
