Nokia RSA has today launched their new project – in spirits of the Lumia 1020; Project Come Closer. Erm.. No, it has nothing to do with intimate spaces. Project Come Closer is an opportunity for South Africans to share their favourite photo memories of the past, and have a chance to have these moments recreated by Nokia.
This includes a journey to find and reconnect with the people that are in the photo; in the place it was taken. Sounds like a lekker road trip, doesn’t it?
While entries into this unique project are based on you having to upload your pictures on the Project Come Closer website, we’re taking part in the blogger ‘challenge’. All you have to do is tweet photos of memories you would like to see recreated with the hash-tag #MediaMemories and my handle @Papi_Mabele– and we might just win the memory. I’ll be tweeting my own kiekies (pics) during the course of the challenge as well.
