The pandemic has, as with everything else this year, had a major impact on the biggest retail shopping day of the year: Black Friday. Though shopping online to skip the crowds has become increasingly popular, you would think that retailers have already put additional measures in place to keep customers safe this holiday season.
Last Friday, some OneDayOnly customers were left frustrated when trying to process their online orders due to site instability and temporary down time. While the technical team has been investigating these issues to ensure no repeats happen, and OneDayOnly is eager to give their customers the Black Friday deals they deserve.
Further to the upcoming Black Friday deals, and as a token of the e-tailers gratitude to their loyal customers, OneDayOnly is also including 3500 ‘surprise and delight’ free gifts to the value of R2 million for randomly selected shoppers from Wednesday, 3rd December to Tuesday, 8th December 2020.
