Beer. Wondrous, beautiful, glorious beer. The world’s most effective social lubricant. Homer Simpson’s most favourite thing in the world.
Beer. The frothy enemy of firm abs, fit bodies and the boring gym bunnies who covet them. You can’t have love handles without beer, and who wants a world without love?
Beer. No fridge is full without it. It’s your friend on a bad day, a good day or any day between Monday and Sunday. What could be better than a cool, chilled beer?
Surely all of the above has done more than just convince you of how much we love ourselves this sweet, sweet pleasure. To our joy, we recently found out SAB has exciting new international beers now available on South African soil. From German lagers to Belgian pilsners, one can now diversify their beer drinking on a global scale. Literally taste the world of beer.
And so, we’ve partnered with SAB to compile this ‘cheat sheet’ to help you understand what these beers taste like, what makes them differ and what foods to pair them with if you’re looking to complement your next meal
