When Shell South Africa held its V-Power SEFAC experience day at Zwartkops Raceway in Centurion, Gauteng, there was plenty to look at. The clothes, to start: a perfectly Ferrari mix of tradition, tech, and straight-up old world elegance, full of Ferrari Red and the prancing horse and its infamous yellow background and checks.
There were the celebrities, too. And Shell wasn’t shy to educate us about their involvement on the event and what consumers can expect from the brand in the year to come, you’d be forgiven for, well, not noticing any of those beautiful things. Because the setting— Zwartkops Raceway —was full of one other thing: Ferrari SA’s Owners Club jaw-dropping collection of Ferrari’s. And we mean collection. If you were going to start a car museum, you’d do well to stock it with vehicles from this experience. Take a look.
