According to an article on Engadget, the instant messaging client should reach either App Store, Google Play store and selected Samsung App portals within the next few hours.

Hold the confetti. To prevent a repeat of last months leaks, the company is said to implement a queue system which lets those who signed up in advance use the BBM right away, while latecomers (shame on you) will have to secure a spot in line. At least something is going right in BB land. For now.
