We knew the BlackBerry Z30 was headed to Vodacom as a possible SA-exclusive, but now it’s officially here. Starting this Tuesday (19 November) , BlackBerry’s 5-inch flagship will be made available to Smart S subscribers for R399 with a new two-year agreement, or for R8 899 ona once-off prepaid pricing.
Regardless of the financing route you choose to take, that chunk of change will grant you access to BlackBerry’s latest 10.2 update and all the “prosumer” perks it affords: in-app BBM messaging, notification previews, a 5-inch Super AMOLED display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro and a 2,880mAh battery, is indeed on its way, oh, and the new BB Priority Hub. But with BlackBerry on the ever-increasing downturn, you’d be forgiven for passing this one up — wireless charging, mother Mary!
