And just like that we were closer to the last month of the year (at the time of writing) and as always with every new and fresh month comes a new Netflix line-up. Headlining is Mzansi Original, Yoh! Christmas starring Katlego Lebogang as Thando, a 30-year-old physiotherapist who is on a mad dash to find a boyfriend she can introduce to her family. The only thing is, the clock is ticking and she has only 24 days to make her imaginary boyfriend a reality. Yoh! Christmas is on the service from 15th December.
Joining it is the final part of The Crown: Season 6 which launches on the 14th of December, and viewers are taken on the journey Queen Elizabeth II takes to pave the way for her successors. The stop-motion classic’s long-awaited sequel, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, will hit Netflix on December 15, 2023, 23 years after the release of the classic film. Trevor Noah is as funny as ever in his fourth Netflix comedy special, Trevor Noah: Where Was I, out on the 19th of December, 2023. Zac Snyder’s Rebel Moon — Part One: A Child of Fire hits the service on the 22nd of December, promising an action packed sci-fi flick for the whole family.
