This week the folks at Multichoice, the sole owners of DStv announced that they’d be bringing Disney+ to its DStv subscriber base. This will coincide with the official launch of Disney+ in Mzansi on 18 May 2022 and will be made available via the Explora Ultra decoder.
Christine Service, Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Walt Disney Company Africa, said: “This is yet another proud milestone in our partnership with the MultiChoice Group. We are delighted to be collaborating to bring South African DStv subscribers access to Disney+’s incredible catalogue.”
